Where we ship We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Delivery method All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

- Standard delivery: £4.95
- Free delivery on orders over £150
Fragile items Our olive oil is carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@1vivo.health with your order number and a photo.
Delays Whilst we aim to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays or adverse weather conditions. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
