These terms govern your use of 1vivo.health and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us 1VIVO is the exclusive UK distributor of 7Thirty high phenolic extra virgin olive oil. Company No. 17409534, registered in England & Wales.

Orders & Payment All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping We ship to UK addresses only. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs, typically within 3–5 business days. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery.

Refunds We do not accept returns on food products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@1vivo.health. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Product Information We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. As a natural food product, minor variations between batches may occur.
